The needs of our Tenants will always come first. We understand that the people we serve are our customers and like all businesses we want to provide a great service. We go above and beyond to help provide a foundation that will allow our Tenants to focus on aspects of their life that will help them improve and move forward.
We offer more than just a bed and meals. Providing amenities, scheduling activities and classes that nurture the person is what we are most proud of.
Room & Board Rent Includes:
Our Room and Board homes are an all-inclusive independent co-living environment. We provide safe, comfortable, clean, substance abuse free homes for adults in all demographics who may be housing insecure. Whether the arrangement is transitional or permanent we want to offer a transitioning out of hardship.
Our mission is to provide safe and affordable housing for the most vulnerable and/or impacted communities in the greater Sacramento region. Our target populations include: 45+ Mature Independent Adults.

*Daily meals consist of 2 hot meals, lunch, snacks, and beverages

House Cleaning
Our Room and Board homes are independent co-living environments. Every person must contribute to daily cleaning chores. We provide deep cleaning services once a month. The House Manager typically lives in the home or on the property as a tenant and oversees the cleaning, cooking, and overall harmony in the household.
Rent & Move- In Fees
The rent is set based on the overall cost of expenses of the lease/mortgage, all the utilities, and amenities. So each home may have a different price per bed or room. Call us for details.
We charge a refundable deposit and a non-refundable move-in fee. The deposit is $75 and upon an exit walk-thru we will immediately refund the deposit without delay. The non-refundable movie-in fee is $100 which covers their intake supplies and administrative expenses.

- NO CREDIT REQUIREMENTS
NOTE: Each home may cater to a particular demographic. For example, Bella Court House is a home specifically for Independent Mature Adults over 45. We may also have homes available that are gender or age specific such as a co-living home for Seniors.
