The need for affordable housing is increasing exponentially in Sacramento. We understand that Independent Co-living homes are a fantastic way to support the community by giving people on a limited income a way to access all the amenities of a thriving home.

HomeMORE Housing LLC is committed to being a part of the solution by purchasing and opening over 6 homes in the greater Sacramento area within the next 3 years.

MICHELLE MITCHELL

President/Director of Operations

Michelle Mitchell is a wife and mother, Journeyman Lineman, serial entrepreneur, and real estate investor. Michelle founded 760 Credit, a credit repair business located in Oakland,Ca in 2015. The gratification of helping people improve their financial outlook birthed her desire to make a living helping people.

Michelle experienced homelessness as a young adult which cemented her commitment to increasing the availability of housing for others who may be facing similar barriers. In 2019, she purchased her first commercial multifamily property located in Sacramento. The previous owners were renting the units by the room, which allowed people that were on a very limited income to have a place to call their own. She wanted to take that idea and make it better. The first HomeMORE home, Safe Spaces, is on this property.

For the last three years, Sacramento has been her home. Michelle is looking forward to being a positive influence and resource for impacted communities in the Greater Sacramento area.
